Managing internal teams and external clients in a single view creates security risks and cognitive load. The goal was to prevent critical permission errors while keeping the workflow fast and intuitive for busy sales teams.

The Solution

I implemented a tabbed architecture to strictly separate "Buyers" from "Sellers," eliminating the risk of role mix-ups. The "add member" flow adapts to the active tab to ensure the correct context automatically. Additionally, I designed actionable empty states to guide first-time users and enabled direct management from the list view to streamline daily tasks.

The system utilizes a White Label framework to seamlessly adopt Grammarly’s brand identity, while maintaining a strict semantic color palette to ensure operational data remains distinct and scannable.
